| Congrats (or condolences) to Terry Brooks fans out there, MTV has green-lit a fantasy series called Shannara, based on his popular book series. The show is rumored to start with the 2nd book, The Elfstones of Shannara for the storyline. Directing will be Jonathan Liebesman, of Battle Los Angeles, Wrath of the Titans and this summer’s Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 'fame'... So... MTV + high fantasy + TMNT ruiner = ???? I guess we'll have to wait and see... |
