Fresh from this week's rumor mill...
Suicide Squad - TONS of rumors about possible casting for this David Ayers-helmed DC film. Will Smith, Tom Hardy, Jon Bernthal, Margot Robbie (Harley) and Jarod Leto (The Joker) are names we have heard around the web lately. Either way, Ayers is approaching this film with an eye on A-List casting to bring to life his "Dirty Dozen with supervillans" movie.

  • Remember Whiplash (Mickey Rourke) from Ironman 2?  Well, his dad (who was supposedly done wrong by Stark Sr.) will be appearing on Marvel's Agent Carter. He will be played by Costa Ronin (The Americans)
  • Also, Agent Peggy Carter is rumored to be appearing in Antman in flashbacks with a younger Hank Pym (played 'in the present' by Michael Douglas)
  • Also in the Marvel rumor mill, it seems that the seeds of the Civil War story line announced for Cap 3 may be sewn on TV as part of the 2015 plotline on Agents of SHIELD
  • We have a first look of Laurel Lance as Black Canary in full costume - at least her wig is better than Sarah's...

  • Looks like Season 4 of Sherlock may be pushed back another year to 2017! Could the delay confirm Benedict Cumberbatch's casting as Doctor Strange?
  • <Spoiler Alert> Despite the outcome of the Doctor Who finale last weekend, it looks like we have NOT seen the last of Missy!  “Supervillains don’t die, do they?” Steven Moffat added. “I wouldn’t trust anything about that character’s ability to lie down and stop breathing.”

  • One final rumor... As if Gotham doesn't have enough Batman characters crammed in, it looks like the Flying Graysons may make an appearance when the circus comes to town...
