Week 10 of Gotham – otherwise known as...
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEW EPISODES???
Picture
We find young Master Bruce looking at Selina Kyle with stars in his eyes, but he realizes she’s not exactly looking for romance.  They are discussing this in an argumentative, adolescent fashion when they are interrupted by the arrival of a team of assassins looking for Cat.  Cue lots of running and fighting, and Alfred kicking ass and taking names.

Gordon is horrified to learn that Cat’s name was leaked, and Bullock is furious that he didn’t know about this to begin with.  Gordon is off to confront the future Two-Face while Bullock and Arthur pay a visit to Fish  Mooney.  By the end of the episode, Lovecraft (Dent’s primary suspect in the murder of the Waynes) is dead, and Gordon is banished.
But before we get there, we follow Bruce and Cat through the juvenile underworld of Gotham.  Poison Ivy makes an appearance, and it’s impressive that even Cat thinks she’s a little unhinged - but then, who wouldn’t be after their abusive father died at the hands of the police and their sad-sack mother slit her wrists because she couldn’t deal with reality.

We meet Cat’s fence, who is in on the grand scheme of things and attempts to turn Cat over to the assassins - but Cat and Bruce are able to keep them busy until the police and Alfred arrive.

Cut to the next day, when Cat appears at a window in Wayne Manor and returns the property she’d stolen from Bruce.  She also sneaks in a kiss before disappearing once again - but somehow I’m sure she’ll be back.

The Mayor is furious that Lovecraft has died, and claims to believe Gordon’s claim that he didn’t kill him - but takes this opportunity to punish Gordon anyhow.  At the end of the episode, we see him standing at the gates of the infamous Arkham Asylum, where he is doomed to be a guard.

And now we all sit back to wait until January, which promises to bring an inside look at life with the criminally insane - and is that Harley Quinn I spy in the teaser?
